Regarding the rooms PANORAMA and PANORAMA &BALCONY you can make a reservation only by using our online-booking-system or by contacting us directly.
If it is not possible via Internet, it may be that there are restrictions, such as a mini mum stay of 3 or 4 nights. In this case, please contact us via e-mai l and we will inform you immediately about the possibility of booking in your requested period.

Cancellation Policy:
1. Check-in begins at 14:00 PM on the day of your arrival. Check-out is 10:00 AM on the day of your departure.
2. Reservations are considered as confirmed after the release of details of a credit card to guarantee the booking (just as a guarantee, the payment is provided at the hotel) or a deposit (€ 100.00 per room) paid by bank transfer.
3. Reservation can be canceled without penalty within 7 days from the proposed date of arrival by giving written notice via mail or fax.
4 If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
